Registration is open January 1st – June 15th. Register by March 30th to receive the Early Bird Discount of $35!

Independent Study

  • These registrants have their own practice room and receive six lessons (two from each faculty member) during the course of the week.
  • They are not registered for an ensemble, and they spend their time practicing their own music.
  • These registrants should be self-motivated and come with multiple pieces to learn.
  • There are only three available spots for Independent Study registrants.

Attending Parent

  • A parent chaperone is required for full-time registrants 12 and under and optional for full-time registrants 13-15.
  • The Attending Parent is welcome to attend any/all activities during the week and must be on or close to campus when their child is participating
  • The Attending Parent option will appear as you fill out your child's registration form - you do not have to fill out a separate form.

Teachers

Teachers of attending students are permitted to attend as observers at no charge. Registration as an Attending Teacher is required. Meals and housing are available for a fee.

We have rental harps available for registrants traveling long distances

Trinity Christian College Campus housing is available within a short walk of Ozinga Chapel, where rehearsals and concerts are held. Please note it is convenient with no frills. Double occupancy rooms will have two single beds and share a bathroom with up to 3 people. You may request a specific roommate on the registration form. Single occupancy rooms will share a bathroom with up to 2 other people. Sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels are included. All breakfasts and dinners are also included. They will be served in the Dining Hall, which is between the residence hall and Ozinga Chapel.

In addition to the regular harp festival schedule, the faculty offers individual 45-minute lessons throughout the week. These private lessons are $60 each. You may request up to 2 lessons with each faculty member, but we cannot guarantee more than one lesson until all requests are tallied.

If you would like your parents/family members/friends to join you at Sunday’s Ice Breaker Dinner,  you may purchase additional tickets for $30 each. Extra tickets for Friday’s Final Banquet are $40 each.

If workshops are not already included in your registration, you may add them for $50 each. If you only want to register for a workshop(s), choose the “Workshops Only” option on the registration form and choose the one(s) you would like to add to your cart. Payment

For your convenience, we offer payment options.

Discounted

Payment in full at completion of online registration comes with a $100 discount applied at checkout. Only available for Full-Time and Independent Study registrants who check out by March 30th. Other registrants may opt to pay in full without a discount.

Deposit and Recurring payments

Pay a 25% deposit now and sign up for monthly automatic payments for the remainder of your bill. Your final payment will be on July 1st, 2019.

Refund policy

Competition fees and a 25% deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to festival check-in will result in only competition fees and 25% of your total due. Refunds will be made if necessary. Cancellations made within 30 days of festival check-in will result in only competition fees and 50% of your total due. Refunds will be made if necessary.

Early Bird Discount

Register for a Full-time or Independent Study position by March 30th to receive $35 off your total!

Late Fee

There is a $75 late fee for anyone registering June 1st – June 15th.

Additional Family Member Discount

If two members of the same household register for Full-Time or Independent Study positions, $50 will be taken off the second registrant's total. Each subsequent member will also get $50 off.

Financial Aid

Sponsorships are available upon request on an as-needed basis and teacher recommendation.

Ensemble Music

Ensemble music is included in your registration and will be sent once your deposit has been paid.
