Catered by Sodexo Catering (on-campus)

A BIG HIT!  2016 was our first year to serve our lunch and dinners privately in the lobby of the music building.  The food had rave reviews by everyone – breakfast is continental with healthy choices, lunch and dinner are healthy hot meals.  (No one is forced to eat the desserts)

Those with food allergies are provided alternate food choices

The serving staff is patient and gracious.

The University of Tulsa offers no-frills dorm housing for the festival patrons.  The housing is only a minute’s walk to the Lorton Performance Center where all the festival activities and meals (lunch and dinner) take place.  New! Continental Breakfast will be served in the lobby of the Lorton Performance Center in 2017.  Pillows, linens, and towels are available for a minimal additional cost.

You can register for a shared room with a roommate or register for a private room.

The rooms are in pods of 3 rooms, sharing a bathroom with 3 sinks, a shower, and a toilet

If you absolutely NEED that wake-up cup of coffee or tea before you leave the building for breakfast, a hot water pot and cups will be available.  You supply the beverage.

If you prefer to stay off-campus, there are several hotels within a reasonable driving distance of the University of Tulsa.  You can find good deals on many online hotel booking sites.  For reference, we are 5 minutes from the State Fair Grounds and 10 minutes from the Tulsa International Airport and downtown Tulsa.  All with the least amount of traffic than other areas of the city.
