Registration Fees and Deposits

Early Bird Discount of $35 for basic registrationRegister with deposit by April 30Teachers of attending students are permitted to attend as observers at no charge.  This excludes any expenses such as meals and housing or any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the festival.

This registration includes all morning ensemble rehearsals, lunches M-F, all concerts,  the ice breaker and  the banquet.

This registration includes all morning ensemble rehearsals, all concerts and the ice breaker. Lunches and the banquet are NOT included.

Attending Parent Chaperone                                       $240            $100

For parents chaperoning children under the age of 16 and who attend the afternoon workshops and activities.

This registration includes all morning activities, lunches M-F, all concerts,the ice breaker, and the banquet.

Additional family member Full time registration discount -  deduct $50 for each additional family harpist.

College and Career Bound

This registration includes all morning activities, lunches M-F, all concerts,the ice breaker, and the banquet

Registrants must pay in full at the time of registration

Those students registering for the College and Career Bound Program will be registering for the whole week.  There is no "Morning Only" option.

A discount of $35.00 will be given for Early Bird Full-Week Registrations ($595) or College and Career Bound Registrations ($620) postmarked by April 30, 2013.  Late fees apply after May 31.

All deposits are non-refundable.  Cancellations within 30 days of the festival registration (June 21) will result in the full price of the registration fees due, even if they have not yet been paid in full.  Final payments are due at registration. 

Financial Aid is available upon request on an as-needed basis and  teacher recommendation. Multiple family member discounts for full-time registrants are available at  a $50 discount per extra family member.
